Among several rearranged structures, 20 rooms, all furnished with old family furniture, have been created.

The 20 rooms, divided in 3 compounds, are all different in details and reception type:

- 3 suites double/twin rooms
- 3 deluxe double/twin rooms
- 3 superior double/twin rooms
- 11 classic double/twin rooms

All rooms are provided of double bed and/or single bed, air conditioning, wi-fi, window and/or small private terrace, LCD TV, Safety Deposit Box, minibar and direct telephone line; bathrooms are built in lava stone with a wide shower box, hair-drier, towel warmers and complimentary toiletries.
